Bharat Electronics Limited is inviting applications from eligible law graduates for the position of Probationary Legal Officer (E-II) on a permanent basis. Salary

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month
• Additional allowances, benefits, and other admissible perks will be provided in accordance with BEL’s service rules and policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the post should meet the following requirements:

• Possess a full-time LL.B./BA.LLB. degree from a recognized Indian university or institution.
• Have secured:
  • First Class in LL.B. (for General/Unreserved candidates); or
  • Pass Class (for PwBD candidates).
• Applicants awarded grades or CGPA must produce the university’s official conversion formula during document verification.

Selection Procedure

The recruitment process consists of two stages:

1. Written Examination (85 Marks)
   The written test will be conducted exclusively in Bengaluru.
2. Personal Interview (15 Marks)
   Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in the ratio of 1:5, based on their performance in the written examination.
