About the Role

NHAI is inviting applications for Young Professionals (Legal) on a contractual basis. This role provides an opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of India’s national highway infrastructure.
  • Gain practical experience in handling legal matters related to the highway sector.
  • Work closely with government frameworks and infrastructure projects.

Eligibility

  • Reservation benefits apply only if the caste/community is listed in the Central Government’s notification.
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit a valid certificate issued during 2025–26.
  • Certificates must:
    • Clearly state “Non-Creamy Layer” status.
    • Match the spelling of caste/community with the Central OBC List.
    • Be issued in the prescribed format by the designated authority.
  • Candidates seeking reservation under OBC-NCL/PwBD must ensure compliance with all requirements and possess all requisite certificates in the prescribed format.
